Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ReviewRite (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. We have written them in plain language on purpose.
1. Ownership of generated content
Content produced by ReviewRite's systems, models, and API is our proprietary work. By using the service you relinquish any ownership claim over the content and data the service generates, and over the material you enter to produce it. This lets us operate, improve, and protect the product.
2. Your free, perpetual license to your content
You receive a free, perpetual, creative and commercial license to the content generated in your account. This license survives cancellation, lapse, or termination. In plain terms: anything you have already used, such as a review you posted to Amazon, is never at risk and is yours to keep using forever.
3. Access and retention are at our discretion
Your license to your content (section 2) is separate from continued access to the service. Access and data retention are entirely at our discretion. We may suspend or terminate accounts, including for abuse; delete records and archives; and purge dormant data, without liability or recourse. Continued hosting of your account and history is a courtesy, not an obligation. You are encouraged to back up your content at any time.
4. Accounts, credits, and acceptable use
New accounts receive a one-time set of free trial credits. Any future subscription credits reset each billing cycle; separately granted promotional credits persist and do not reset.
Acceptable use: ReviewRite is for writing reviews based on your genuine, firsthand experience. Fake reviews, or reviews of products you have not actually used, are prohibited and may result in termination. The service requires your real experience as input and will not fabricate one for you.
We may log IP addresses and usage activity for abuse monitoring and to keep the service working for everyone.
5. No affiliation with Amazon
ReviewRite is an independent tool. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Amazon or any other platform. We help you write compliant reviews; we never promise invitations, acceptance, or any outcome on any platform.
6. Service provided as-is
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. It is currently focused on the United States and Canada. We may change or discontinue features at any time.
